How do I get paid?

What if I have travel costs or special expenses?

We reimburse travel expenses for distant locations when specified in the assignment. Always check assignment details for what's covered. Keep all receipts for reimbursement.

How often can I accept jobs?

As often as you like! There's no minimum or maximum. Choose assignments that fit your schedule. Some shoppers do 2–3 assignments per week; others do a few per month.

What happens if I don't complete an assignment?

You can decline any assignment without penalty. Simply decline in your portal before the assignment date. If you accept but can't complete, contact us immediately—we understand life happens.

How do I submit my report?

Submit reports online through your shopper portal within 24 hours of your visit. The form asks specific questions about your experience, and you'll upload any photos, receipts, or videos. Takes 15–30 minutes typically. We provide detailed guidelines for each assignment.

What if my report is rejected?

Our QA team reviews all reports for completeness. If something is missing, we'll email you with specific feedback. You can resubmit with the missing information, and payment will proceed once approved.

Will I be identified to the business?

No. Your anonymity is protected. The business never knows which customer was our evaluator. All reports are confidential and shared only with their management.

Can I evaluate my own workplace?

No, for ethical reasons. You cannot evaluate your own employer or a business where you hold a financial interest. This ensures impartiality and compliance.
