Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel any time. One-off Spot Checks have no commitment at all.

How do you recruit and train mystery shoppers?

All shoppers complete a sector-specific assessment, a calibration shop and a GDPR briefing before they're cleared. We match shoppers to your customer profile (age, gender, postcode).

How does the 30-day Re-evaluation Guarantee work?

Where included in writing, the order confirmation defines the scope, delivery window and any remedy. This is not an automatic guarantee of a business outcome. Read the terms.

Are you GDPR and UK DPA 2018 compliant?

Yes. All footage and personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in EU/UK regions, and retained only for the contractual period. Full DPA available on request.
